Sunday Brunch at Boudreaux's Cajun Grill: A Taste of the South

In the heart of Daphne, Alabama, a culinary experience unlike any other awaits every Sunday morning. Boudreaux’s Cajun Grill invites you to indulge in a Southern tradition that’s both hearty and flavorful – our Sunday Brunch. From 10 am to 3 pm, we roll out the red carpet for a brunch that captures the essence of Cajun and Creole cuisine with a dash of Southern hospitality.

Sip on Signature Brunch Cocktails

Our brunch starts on a high note with a selection of signature drink specials. The Boudreaux’s Bloody Mary kicks off the morning with a spicy blend of Bloody Mary mix, citrus and clam juice, garnished with seasoned rim and spicy veggies. For a refreshing twist, try the Southern Fairways Chip Shot Martini, a fusion of vodka, sweet tea and lemonade with a charitable twist – $1 from each Chip Shot is donated to the Folds of Honor. And of course, no Sunday brunch is complete without a glass of Champagne or Mimosas, priced at just $2.

Feeling adventurous? Dive into the Swamp Water, a 50 oz. extravaganza of six liquors and fresh juices that promises a wild ride of flavors. Just remember to watch out for the Gator!

Cajun Omelets: A Symphony of Flavors

At Boudreaux’s, brunch isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. Our menu showcases a range of Cajun omelets, each a symphony of flavors. Try the Spinach & Mushroom Omelet for a healthy start, featuring spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and Parmesan cheese. If you’re feeling indulgent, the Crab Madeleine Omelet with lump crab and spinach Madeleine topped with Monterey Jack cheese is a must-try.

For a true Cajun twist, the Gator & Gouda Omelet featuring Gator sausage and smoked Gouda topped with Zydeco sauce won’t disappoint. And seafood lovers will delight in the Shrimp Creole Omelet, a savory creation with shrimp, Tasso and mushrooms topped with Creole tomato sauce.

Brunch Specialties to Satisfy Your Cravings

For those with hearty appetites, our brunch specialties are a treat. The Bol de Bonte is a bowl of pure comfort, featuring Gouda cheese grits with wood-fired Gator sausage and Conecuh bacon, topped with shredded Gouda, sautéed onions, bell peppers, jalapenos and two sunny-side-up eggs.

Indulge your senses in our Seafood Cheesecake, a savory masterpiece loaded with shrimp, crawfish, onions and sundried tomatoes, all seated on a Panko-Parmesan crust and topped with Zydeco sauce, served with green beans.

If your taste buds lean toward the sweet side, the Bananas Foster French Toast is a delectable choice. French toast is topped with bananas, candied pecans and buttered rum syrup, served with Conecuh bacon.

Chicken & Waffles, a Southern classic, features fried boneless chicken thighs on sugar waffles with peppered-honey sauce, served with Gouda cheese grits and Conecuh bacon.

For a unique twist, try the Zydeco – Gator sausage, Conecuh bacon, Zydeco and Tasso cheese sauces, Cheddar cheese, and a poached egg stacked on a croissant bun, served with Rosemary New Potatoes.

Eggs get the Cajun treatment with our Boudreaux’s Benedict, where two fried Boudin cakes are topped with poached eggs and Cajun Hollandaise, served with Gouda cheese grits and Conecuh bacon. You can even substitute Crawfish Cakes on Fried Green Tomatoes for an extra flavor punch.

Steak and Eggs are elevated with a blackened 7 oz. Wagyu Sirloin, two poached eggs and Cajun Hollandaise, served with Rosemary New Potatoes. For those with a bigger appetite, consider upgrading to a 10 oz. Wagyu Sirloin, 8 oz. Filet, or a 12 oz. Ribeye.
